Hello! We extend a warm hello to all our valued customers and future ones. It's been an eventful year since we started our commercial operations. Initially, we were open exclusively on weekends as we navigated our way through the food industry, learning and adapting each day. We are grateful for the tremendous support we've received from the Shreveport/Bossier community. Every weekend, we welcome new and returning customers who enjoyed our Pistolettes and seafood. However, we've noticed a common question: "What other days are you open?"

In response to numerous calls during the week, where customers expressed their desire for our pistolettes, we are thrilled to announce starting July 18th, 2023, we will now be open for business five days a week, from Tuesday to Saturday. Our updated operating hours will be posted on our page and flyers for your convenience. Additionally, we have expanded our menu and will be introducing weekly lunch specials to enhance your dining experience.

We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for every order placed, post shared, picture taken, review written, and conversation held with our amazing customers. Your support means the world to us, and we truly appreciate your loyalty. We eagerly look forward to serving you and growing together. See you on Tuesday!
