Good morning SGBA family, we are so excited to see you tonight! We have an AMAZING year planned and can’t wait for you to share in the excitement with us. We have made a few updates to our class rosters, your child’s teacher is assigned in ChildPilot. Also, our classes will be posted right inside the doors tonight as well!

At SGBA we have been praying for our school, our staff, and our students as we prepare to start the 2024-2025 school year. The 23-24 school year was a blast! Thank you all for making the year so much fun. We will miss you all this summer and can’t wait for next year!

Our Star Teacher for May is Mrs. Davida. Mrs. Davida is one of our four year old teachers and has been with us for 10 years at SGBA! To know her is a blessing! She is always helping others and giving 110%. Our students and teachers all adore her!
Mrs. Davida is married to the love of her life and they have three sons!

Dedicated, Faithful, Reliable, all around AWESOME …. Any guesses on who our teacher of the month for May is? … We will fill you in at 10 AM!

SGBA follows Caddo schools regarding closures and will be closed tomorrow. We pray that all of our families are safe from the storm. Below, you will find Caddo’s announcement.

SCHOOLS CLOSED: Due to widespread power outages and impacted roadways, all Caddo schools and sites will be closed on Monday, April 29. We are working with our utility partners to develop a plan for reopening schools.

It wouldn't be right if we didn't give a special shout out to 4 specific ladies! Rachel Smith, Heather Trent, Alex Cook, and Morgan Lewing went above and beyond to make sure our teachers had a special and memorable Teacher Appreciation Week! We would not have been able to pull this week off without them. These ladies communicated daily, made graphics, decorated the cafe', put bags together, created wishlists, gathered door prizes, and so much more! We just wanted to say a special thank you for all of the time, energy, and effort y'all put into this week! We are so grateful for you and your families!
