Ok yall, this momma, on top of going to school and running my small business has been handed an opportunity to get back into the executive world of work! With that being said, I have 2 very big interviews this week!! I’m nervous but so excited! So if you’re my client, you’ll still get all the best of me and my services. Prayers appreciated and btw. Brandon may just be a stay at home dad. A Mr Mom if you will 😂😂😂😂.

The plus side. Both jobs offer relocation!

Growing up, we ate dinner at the table every night. We occasionally ate out on Friday nights! I carried the same tradition over with my girls as well, with the exception of when their daddy had a different schedule, 5 nights a week it was just me and my girls. Now we’re all home we’re at the dinner table 6 nights a week.

I love to cook and plan meals and we only eat out maybe 3 times a month or grab food to go and even when we do that we’re all at the table.

Dinner time is my favorite time, we slow down and we talk about our day laugh and enjoy one another. Even my teen leaves her phone in Her room, by choice. I’ve never had to ask her, she’s always just does. My 6 yr old and her rice nighy over whose turn it is to say Grace.

Make eating a routine, make it fun, put away devices. Eat slow enjoy it!

Just got my new thermal printer and new eco tank printer for my home office! Learning how to print on diff labels sizes and paper weights is coming along smoothly! Cannot wait to print out all the fun designs for my cups and bubble mailers etc!

Almost time for a bigger lunch basket of fun! My new Amazon order hasn’t come in yet!

Allulose is a sugar substitute! It’s low in calories and has a similar texture and taste of regular table sugar. It's a monosaccharide, so it only has a single sugar molecule…and like fructose, the sugars found in fruits! Allulose is almost as sweet as table sugar but only contains about 10% of its calories! Here’s the breakdown 0.4 calories per gm compared to sugar's 4 cals per gm…your body absorbs allulose but doesn't metabolize it into glucose, so it's virtually calorie free!! This is my 2nd bottle!!
