Say hello to Lucy Rutledge Medvec, our fabulous Secretary! This is Lucy’s first year on the board, and she’s already making a big impact. A proud Kappa Delta from UCLA, Lucy’s favorite part of serving on the board is meeting women of all ages who share a love for their sorority.

Lucy stays actively engaged in the community by volunteering with Film Prize, the Shreveport Regional Arts Council, the American Rose Society, Centenary Muse, and the Women’s Philanthropy Network.

Meet Kelly Rainwater, our incredible Panhellenic President! Kelly has served on the board for 4 years and is a proud member of Phi Mu from the University of Louisiana - Monroe.

What does Kelly love most about serving on the board? “Getting to know women from many different sororities and working with them to promote a positive Greek image in our community.”
Beyond Panhellenic, Kelly is deeply involved in the Shreveport-Bossier Phi Mu Alumnae Chapter and has 29 years of experience as a registered pharmacist! Currently, she’s the Primary Care Clinical Pharmacy Supervisor at the VA.

Hazing has no place in any organization. This week, we focus on engaging in intentional conversations about the problems with hazing.

We are proud of our Shreveport-Bossier Alumnae Panhellenic chapter for earning the: Promotion of the Sorority Experience Award! This award recognizes Alumnae Panhellenics that promote the sorority experience on collegiate and alumnae levels with outreach to various stakeholders and audiences.

We had a wonderful first meeting of the 2024-2025 Panhellenic year! Excited for a great year ahead! Thank you for hosting our group of women.
