Baja Rock Slide. Vanilla Bean ice cream, crushed Heath bar toffee, Ghirardelli chocolate & caramel sauce with a shot of Kahlua.

Baja Nana’s. Baja meets New Orleans. Classic banana foster with a Mexican twist flambeed in-house with Bacardi 151, fresh canello & baked shredded coconut.

And just like that, we created another Spring/Summer Sangria with fresh ingredients from our kitchen. We blended red wine with fresh pineapple, mango, blood orange & a splash of Topo Chico. This is the Baja equivalent of an Italian Aperol Spritz!

Our new Spring/Summer Strawberry Jalapeño Margarita made with fresh strawberries, house-made jalapeño 🔥 tincture, freshly squeezed lime juice & El Jimador Blanco Tequila with a chili-tajin rim. It starts out with fresh strawberry flavor followed by the correct amount of heat. Drink healthy my friends!

Happy National Burrito Day! While we’re mainly known for our tacos, we also offer eight great burrito options, including the Spicy Tuna Burrito (below) with seared Grade 1 ahi tuna, freshly made guacamole, rice, salsa verde, Monterrey Jack cheese, grilled bell pepper, onion & chipotle brings the spice this tuna burrito! ⚡️
