ABOUT ME
My name is Brenda Mannion and I am a busy wife and mom to 3 boys, I am also a Certified Personal Trainer, HIIT and accountability coach. My passion for empowering others fuels my mission to combine a 360 degree view of health and wellness with accountability to achieve life-changing results. We get so busy with our lives that we often forget to take care of ourselves. I will teach you how you can go about your day to day and with a little prep and planning still be able to stay fit and healthy. I believe that a healthy lifestyle is within everyone's reach. It doesn't matter that you hated gym class in school, have a house full of kids or that you work full time .
Whether you are super busy with a full time-job or a stay at home mom , you deserve to feel great and dedicate a little of your day to being your best self. I “get it”, I too have been in your shoes. I understand how hard it can be to find time for exercise . I know how it feels to be stuck in that rut. That’s why all of my workouts can be done in just 30 minutes and 30 minutes is just 2% of your day.
