We only got to be at the condo for a short visit this year but we did something really fun. Our grands (6 older ones) had a sandcastle experience with Andy and Sand Ventures. It was worth it.

Sunrise to sunset and a little in between!

Did my biannual clean out of the beach things people leave in the garage. If you come to rent our place please do not buy more sand toys. There are many. As well as several skim boards.
Also right now there are umbrellas and a cabana tent. Have fun this summer.

So this happened today. We had needed a new set.

What should I do on this beautiful day? Clean the grill of course.

Early morning greeters on Crescent Beach, Siesta Key.

Some who have been here may have seen these changes over the years. I did some looking back. The before photo is on the top taken when we bought the unit in 2011. The more recent photos on the bottom show our updates. Of course I like it better now.

Hoping this rug will do better here than at the entry as it used to be. The older grass mat is gone! What do you think? Color ok?

We just arrived. We were very delayed this year because of the work that was done but it is so amazing. Just wait til you see what a fresh coat of paint and refreshed floors can do. The photo of the floor is right by the balcony exit. Always a very dirty spot. Hoping it will stay cleaner now.

Crescent beach conditions:
Walking the beach this morning there were so few people. There were a few birds walking with me and some that were sleeping in. Also I came across a turtle nest.

So nice to have eyes on our place myself. All ok.
