Hi. My name is Emily, and I am your not-so-typical red-headed, 17-year-old, girl next door. My family moved to Silsbee, Tx 7 years ago from a small town in Tennessee. I have been baking since I was only 4 years old and could "lick the spoon." Whether I was with my mom or attempting to bake on my own, I have loved being in the kitchen spending years perfecting some of my favorite recipes. Chocolate Chip Cookies and Blueberry Muffins, I would say, are my ultimate specialty. Friends and family rave about them and inspired me to start selling my creations. All of my products are hand-made using the best ingredients available and I don't skimp on the extras, especially blueberries or chocolate chips.
