Now personally, I do not like chocolate and mint 🙅🏽‍♀️ and there are cookie flavors that I make that I just don’t like, but these cookies are an exception 🤤

I personally never cared much for Neapolitan ice cream. As much as I love chocolate, it just doesn’t hit the same in ice cream form lol 🤷🏽‍♀️

My husband had a special cake request for his birthday - an APPLE PIE CAKE 🍎🥧🎂

To say the least, I was NOT expecting him to come up with this when I asked what kind of cake he wanted 😅 but I accepted the challenge 💪🏽

Cinnamon cake, with apple pie filling and a caramel drizzle in between the layers, caramel browned butter frosting and a caramel drizzle 😍😋🤤

I wish I got a better pic of the cake guts, but as soon as I started cutting it I was swarmed. And it ended up being a semi naked cake bc I ran out of frosting 🙃
