The Deck Dudes

We’re looking for 2 part time laborers that are able to work 6-8 hour days, 3 days a week. Pay starting at $18.00 per hour. No experience necessary and will train. The ability to stand, bend and kneel for extended periods of time is necessary as well as being able to tolerate the outside temperatures of the season. We work rain or shine for some projects. More hours may be available depending on work availability.

Our Story:

The Deck Dudes began in 2009 as a summer job to help neighbors and family friends. As a high school student, it was nice to earn extra money. It quickly turned into more than a summer job. The owner was able to employ some of his closest friends and get them involved with the business. It has since grown into a fully, operating business including professional licensees, manufacturer certifications and quality training for new and returning staff. We are working to expand the business each year with providing new and improved techniques and services.

What We Do:

The Deck Dudes power wash decks, patios, driveways, brick, slate, concrete, blacktop, tile, siding, sidewalks, outdoor furniture, pool areas, gazebos, fences and much more. We take pride in our work, making sure each job meets the quality standards expected by our customers. We always meet and exceed any challenge. As always, The Deck Dudes will schedule a free, personal estimate to meet and discuss the scope and price of the work with each, individual client.

What We Are Looking For:

A positive attitude
Ability to be on feet all day
Ability to lift 50 lbs un-assisted regularly
Strong mechanical inclination the ability to learn quickly with trained professionals
Comfortable using machinery and tools
Time management and organizational skills
A strong customer service focus
Good communication skills

We work when the weather is appropriate for the jobs being performed

Training will be provided to all new hires whether previous experience is present or not.
