Hey there! Just a quick reintroduction as the platform grows and I add in new friends 😊

My name is Kylee Davis and I am a Mortgage Loan Officer. I lend all over the state of Washington, but my heart belongs in Kitsap County. I moved here from Seattle 8 years ago to settle down and start a family. Being on our boat on the salt water is my absolute happy place and I am itching to get back out there after this long winter!

I am a graduate of Central Washington University and an Oregon native. Ione Oregon, population 300, is my home town. My childhood was pretty amazing driving tractor for the neighbors farm and playing every sport imaginable (we needed the numbers 😆). I also loved helping my mom run her local business - ice cream shop, coffee stand, hair salon, tanning booth, gift shop - a small town needed it all, and my mom always came through!

I started working at a Seattle mortgage office over 10 years ago, fresh out of college. I fell in love with the people, the problem solving, the houses, the entire process! I’ve seen the Real Estate market both high and low, and I still feel the love for it like I did on day one ❤️
