Hello, beautiful souls!

I realized there might be a few new faces around here, so I'd love to take a moment to introduce myself and extend my deepest welcome to our growing community. I am Emma Richley, the proud owner and devoted operator of Divine Body by Emma. Fitness and nutrition are not merely my profession, but they define me. They have become an integral part of my life, my belief system, my raison d'รชtre.

My journey as a fitness trainer began 10 years ago, enriching my life with experiences, learnings and most importantly, beautiful relationships. Unique chapters of our lives require unique care and attention, so after becoming a mother, I decided to specialize in Prenatal & Postpartum training. I've been empowering expectant and new mothers for the last 3 years, showing them how their bodies are miraculous vehicles capable of creating and nurturing life.

I am incredibly blessed with two vibrant daughters who inspire me to aim higher each passing day. They are my constant reminders that I can push my boundaries, for their laughter is my reward. I am also fortunate to have a husband who is not just my biggest cheerleader but also my most constructive critic. His faith in me makes me wish to become a better version of myself every single day.

We're a happy family of six, including our two fur-babies whose unwavering loyalty and company have seen me through two pregnancies. They taught me the value of constant efforts, even on the hardest of days.

But what truly sets my soul on fire is disseminating valuable insights, tips, techniques, and just about any knowledge related to fitness and nutrition. My personal mission is to empower you all, to make you fall in love with your bodies, and to understand the beautiful relationship between health and happiness.
