With the incredible guidance of Steve, instructor of “TEAM DIE STRONG” He will be implementing his Muay Thai skills in this exclusive 2.5 Hr class!

The focus of the training session will be an
Introduction using Muaythai tools(elbow,leg kick etc) in a self defense situation
-Situational awareness
-How to build mental triggers and switches for conflict/combat
-Stance and footwork/ how to hold your body to defend and attack
-Intro to elbows, leg kicks,long guard defense
-We will cover mindset for being violent against violent opponents. Good people have to learn how to be violent to protect themselves and other good people!

Please note! The best self defense is to avoid confrontation in the first place! It is better to have the skills and not need them, than to need them and not have them!
