Elviras presents a live guitarist every Thursday from 6pm to 9pm starting this Thursday. Come and enjoy an evening of fabulous music!🎶

Elvira's is thrilled to announce the addition of a talented live guitarist, capable of performing a wide range of music. After a successful audition, we are now in the process of determining the best dates for his performances. If you were in attendance tonight, your feedback would be greatly appreciated as we work to schedule the most convenient dates for his appearances. I will keep you updated on his upcoming shows.

Good afternoon to everyone it was a rough week for us. Yesterday we lost my father. He was a big part of ELVIRAS without him, there wouldn’t be an Elvira’s He was my hero, he always made sure to call me every day to ask how my day was at ELVIRAS were the customers happy? he cared so much about the restaurant at 86 years old he was proud Elvira’s turned out to be what it is today. I will miss him forever.

On top of all that we had issues with our AC so we do apologize for that, but it was not the best week for us as a family and the restaurant. Thanks to David Alvarez from Paradise heating and air coming through again and fixed our AC. So Elviras is nice and cool again please come by and enjoy the nice meal with a nice cold Margarita in honor of my father Fermin, may he rest in peace.

Elvira’s is hiring!!!! Looking to join a fun team with a great culture and yummy food, please stop and ask for me Christina! I am looking for line cooks with experience. I am looking for bartenders with experience please inquire with them. We’ve just grown so much that my staff is not big enough.

Hey guys, we are selling our little bar outside of our restaurant. It’s perfect for an outside backyard patio. It just takes too much room for our seating area. We will be renovating our patio here at Elvira’s for the summer and we need to find a new home please let us know or call the restaurant. Thank you.

Thank you to the Chamber of Commerce of Simi Valley and the community for awarding us restaurant of the week this would be our third time in two years thrive to keep our customers happy as well as our employees thank you thank you God bless everyone
