M- Copper pin hole leak. Plumbers repaired 3" section🤦‍♂️This happened at another house in the this development same exact location. It would have been smart to repipe at least the fireplace area.

This one had two sources of a leak.
2" ABS drain pipe from 3rd floor shower that separated.
Along with a huge stucco crack that funneled rain water right in at the back wall after the earthquakes.
