🎉 Join us as we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15-October 15, 2024). Hispanic Heritage Month is dedicated to honoring the vibrant cultures, traditions, and stories that make up the Hispanic community. It’s a time to highlight and celebrate the contributions of Hispanic Americans. The celebration started in 1968 as Hispanic Heritage Week and became a month-long national celebration in 1988.

Share with us how you connect with your culture, whether is be through food, music, art, sports, traditions, etc.

Did you know that CAVA offers school picture days? Students (TK-12) can get their picture taken by a professional photographer and socialize at our "Board Games and School Picture Days." We are excited to announce the outstanding achievement of our CAVA student, Dylan D., 6th grade, in the Final Round of the K12 Robotics League Competition!

Team Viper, representing California Virtual Academies, placed 1st in the 4-6 grade band in the final round of the K12 Robotics League Competition.

We invite you to celebrate their success by watching the 2024 K12 Robotics League Finals competition event!

The final K12 Robotics League round was held in person on June 19, 2024, at the Stride Headquarters in Reston, Virginia. Up until this point, students had been competing virtually, and this event marked the first time they came together to compete in person with their teams and physical robots. It was a thrilling day filled with teamwork and engineering excellence.

First place teams were honored with their choice of a robotics software package or a physical robot kit; and all finalists received a K12 Robotics League certificate, a K12 Robotics League medal, and an Amazon gift card ranging from $50.00 to $500.00.
