We will begin at 10am on, Saturday August 10 by looking at the beginning and end of Luke's gospel as well as the book of Acts (and a few other Scriptures)in order to understand the writer and his audience for the book of Acts. See you there!!

I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you” (Psalm 119:10-11). “Hiding” God's Word in our heart essentially means memorizing and meditating on the Bible. God uses his Word the Bible—to speak to us and show us how we ought to live.

In addition, when Jesus taught about the ministry of the Holy Spirit, He said that bringing what Jesus said to remembrance would be a part of the Holy Spirit’s ministry. In John 14:26, Jesus said, “But the Comforter, which is the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things and will bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.”

Bottom Line - We can't remember the Word if it isn't already hidden in our heart and mind. Please accept this 30 day Bible Reading and Writing Challenge as we join together in His Word for the month of May.

Such a wonderful evening at our annual WoW Ladies Tea. Sister Wanda Rabon shared some of her personal experiences of God's amazing faithfulness and reminded us that Jesus is like our BFF and we can share anything and everything with Him and that we need to be a friend and confident to other women and support them in prayer. Special thanks to our hostesses. The tables were all beautiful.
