Happy anniversary Ms. Roz! Ms. Roz is so loved at Park Place. She is beginning her 16th year and has played a huge role in so many of our kid’s lives. We are so grateful for all your time, love, and dedication to our school. 💛

Happy anniversary Chef Jean! We don’t know what we would do without you! Chef Jean is beginning her 16th year at Park Place! Not only does she keep all our kiddos fed and happy each day, she also manages all allergies, dietary requirements, and keeps each room stocked with mealtime supplies! Happy anniversary Ms. Alda! Ms. Alda is beginning her seventh year at Park Place! She is so kind and has such a positive attitude! Always there to lend a hand. We are so grateful for her! 💛

Aloha summer! On Wednesday, staff and students dressed in their favorite beach attire to celebrate the beginning of a great summer at Park Place! We will have water play every Wednesday along with many other fun activities ☀️🍦

What a wonderful way to finish a great week! On Friday, teachers were given cookies, new sunglasses, and the sweetest thank you notes from our students and families. Thank you SO MUCH to all of the parents who helped make this week so special! Our staff felt so loved, and we are so grateful for all of our Park Place families 💚

In addition to a wonderful lunch, staff were also treated to Duck Donuts, coffee, and other goodies that were part of a morning snack cart on Thursday. Such a great way to start the day! 🍩 ☕️

Staff appreciation day 4! On Thursday, staff were treated to an amazing lunch provided by Chef Jean and the Cheney Brothers. The delicious spread included chicken and waffles, Cajun pasta, ribs, BBQ, ice cream sandwiches, and more! Special thank you to Rick Stapleton, President of Cheney Brothers Statesville, along with Cheney Chefs Jared Lee and Andrew Petroski, and our salesman Jeff Waldrop. We are so grateful to you all and to our very own Chef Jean for preparing such a feast! 🩷☺️

Day 3 of staff appreciation was so sweet! Teachers were treated to an afternoon snack cart featuring chocolate covered pretzels and some cute, comfy socks! Staff have also been playing games each day for a chance to win extra prizes!

Staff appreciation day 2! On Tuesday, staff were treated to a morning snack cart, lunch buffet from Moe’s, and $25 cash that was gifted from our generous families. Thank you so much for a wonderful “Taco Tuesday”!

Teacher appreciation day 1! To kick off a great week, staff were treated to games and movies in the workroom, beautifully decorated door signs, and an afternoon snack cart that included new shirts!

Special thanks to ALL of the parents who helped decorate the school for Staff Appreciation Week! It truly is a place where “The Fun Never Ends!”

Rainbow week! Last week, Park Place staff and students learned the order of the rainbow by dressing in a different color each day. This was such a fun way to kick off the Spring season! 🌈
