✨DID YOU KNOW?! ✨
I am deemed “dessert police” when setting up for my Bride & Groom’s big day.

When you’re invited as a guest to someone’s wedding, and you are just so excited to see me there setting up with the most delicious gourmet desserts- it is highly frowned upon to come up to the dessert display while I am still setting up all of the custom desserts the Bride & Groom hand-picked for their wedding and START GRABBING THEM TO EAT?!
Dinner hasn’t even started yet and this station is clearly not popcorn or Chex mix.

I have seen this at almost every wedding I have done an all-inclusive dessert display for.
I try my best to time the delivery+setup so by the time I am done setting up- dinner is about to be served.
Why?
Because some of my gourmet desserts such as cheesecakes, fruit tartlets or crème brûlées are not meant to be sitting at room temperature by the time guests get to enjoy them.
Also because guests tend to treat dessert displays as appetizers before the Bride & Groom can even get a chance to see it.

Here’s your friendly reminder to please respect us vendors as we are trying to fulfill the Bride & Groom’s special day ☺️
