It’s was a long week but managed to knock out another deck.
14x16 with a 9x6 walk way to it. The pergola was the fun part. 😁

A load bearing wall installed for a client. They are now able to get their manufactured home set Monday morning.

Another small front porch done. 😁

Early week little deck project. 😁 (late on posting)

A little self leveler in a hall way so we can tie the flooring through out the main level. 😁😁

Another customer happy with the way things have turned out. We came in got their basement to paint ready. They are now off to do their finishings.

A simple Friday afternoon. The guys are working away. As much as I don’t like sheet rock we seam to be getting more calls for finishing work.

Our Friday’s adventure. This is a 3 year old home. We we originally called in to finish a basement. Upon inspection we have discovered a broken floor truss. In finding that it has also created a consistent drop across 6 other trusses. So we got the engineers involved and have almost completed the truss repair to then start on the basement.

Deck #1 crossed off the list. Great clients to work with! Many more jobs with these guys!

Working on the first deck of the season. Stairs and a little bit of rails left to finish. Our schedule has absolutely erupted. Thanks for everyone reaching out and scheduling work! Here’s to another season of fun!!

Building number two done last week. We have been chasing our tails trying to get things wrapped up for thanksgiving.
I was only able to get photos of the finish work on one side. Due to the owners of the building getting the other side rented and them moving in the morning we finished! 😁
Talk about timing.

A client had reached out wanting to put 2 lifts in their garage. So we made our way out to Colorado to vault the ceiling. Taking it from 10’ to 13’. Gotta love when you can get the clients idea through an engineer then finished by the contractor. All while having the city approve the work.
Man we love it when a plan comes together.

One week in for building number 2

Skeleton almost complete!

Building one is done. Originally set up for two businesses to move in but now set up for just one!
2 offices
2 restrooms
2 mechanical rooms
Typical commercial colors and fixtures but we finished for a Monday morning deadline. The new tenants get to move in right on time.

A small Friday job. Front door install.

We have been so busy. But here is some of the work this past few months.

The rainbow install division has officially kicked off. The guys are killing it! Install one of the season.

Final round is complete. We used as much of the rainbow play system as we could. Fun little office Reno.

Making some progress on one of our commercial projects. Simple office space change and getting it more open.

To those clients that have been with me on this "sign journey" patience has finally paid off 🤣🙃 slowly but surely I am getting more and more settled into this beautiful new space!

Well working hard on a fence for this week! The guys are killing it lately. I’d like to give a big thanks to all of our clients for working with us. Even bigger shout out to the crew for working hard!!

A simple siding repair today. The weather held out for us!

Simple 8x8 deck knocked out by the guys today. Brought on a new guy at the beginning of this week. Starting to make progress. More to come!

Another one done for the season.
16x16 simple and affordable!

Came into the final pieces to this deck. This couple was amazing to work with! The grand total of size on this deck was a 16x16 deck with a pergola at 16x16. They opted for the horizontal spindles at a 1x4. The deck is all cedar tone treated lumber.

Well we are currently on one of our bigger decks for the season so far. Many more to come!
