Get your outdoor water system winterized before freezing temperatures arrive and cause damage. Put your hose in the garage and winterize your irrigation system.

It's a good idea to start shopping for homeowners insurance as soon as you sign a contract to buy a home. This allows you to shop around for quotes and gives you time to get your policy in place before closing on the purchase.

When buying a house, you’re dealing with such a huge amount of money that one mistake could cost you tens of thousands of dollars. It’s standard practice for the seller to cover the commission for both the seller’s agent and buyer’s agent. So, if you’re buying a home, you may get all the benefits of using an agent for free! The commission is paid at the end of the deal as part of the closing costs and comes out of the sales proceeds

Clean and Protect Outdoor Furniture -
Wash and protect your outdoor furniture and appliances. The elements can cause further damage.

Clean your furnace unit, air ducts and replace the filter. There are many HVAC companies that'll come to your home for a small fee to clean and service your heating unit. If you’d like a referral of someone I know and trust, please let me know.
