We love when you come and workout next to your friends, however, we ask that you are more mindful of spacing and saving spots. Try to limit the number of spots you save to be respectful of other members attending the class with you.

If you are attending either Hot 60 or Restore classes, please be mindful of other members and guests in the studio before class. Many people enjoy taking the 30 minutes before class to meditate and/or get their mind centered before class starts. Thank you!
