Twenty years of service is a major milestone in any industry. Evan started working at Howe as an HVAC apprentice in 2004, became a journeyman service technician, and has witnessed many changes in the trade over the years. His professionalism and work ethic are the hallmarks of his character. Thank you for your commitment and dedication!

There was some extra horsepower on this residential site for a full install—a Lennox furnace and AC unit. Jeremy, Jackson, Kyle, and Alex made sure it was completed in short order!

Meet Shannon, our dedicated Accounting Manager at Howe! With over 20 years of experience in accounting, Shannon brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bellevue University and is currently pursuing a Master's in Accounting at USD. In addition to her impressive academic pursuits, Shannon is also studying to become a Certified Construction Financial Professional.
Shannon hails from Council Bluffs, IA, and is a proud wife to Marc and mother to twins Sean and Kylie. When she’s not crunching numbers, you can find her enjoying camping trips, getting lost in a good book, or competing in bean bag tournaments with her family. Not pictured are their two dogs, Odin and Loki.

As part of Howe's commitment to community and volunteerism, eight of our employees had a wonderful experience at The Banquet this week, serving and interacting with those in need of a meal. Howe is proud to support and uplift our community!

NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction) proudly supports women in the construction industry.

The two-story research facility that will become USD Discovery District is taking shape at 4600 W. Nobel St. in Sioux Falls. Ernie and Steven are busy piecing together the drainage pipe, making sure things run downhill and in the right direction.

What criteria were used to honor Harrison with an award? They included van layout, organization, and available inventory. The District Van Installation Competition was just one of several events at Lennox VisionTECH 2024. Here, top-tier mechanical contractors and their service personnel, managers, installers, and owners gathered to exchange knowledge and further their education on the latest HVAC equipment and technology, leadership, technical skills, communications, and more.

A graduate of Southeast Technical College, Riley has worked for Howe for about a year and a half, and enjoys spending his time outdoors, specifically hunting and fishing.

Riley is a graduate of Southeast Tech and calls Avon, SD his hometown. Riley has been with Howe since November of 2022.

He has already mastered skills and techniques that some seasoned plumbers still lack!
