Skipping Stone Pizza joined Falls Park Farmer's Market in the spring of 2012 and have become a foodie favorite and essential stop for regular customers and newcomers alike!

Skipping Stone Pizza is owned and operated by Kyle and Nicky VanDerWerff. Skipping Stone is a mobile wood fired pizza catering business based out of the Sioux Falls/Hartford, SD area. They specialize in authentic wood fired pizza, made with only the freshest ingredients.

Delicious combinations like Mac & Cheese, Philly Cheese, Breakfast Style, Buffalo and BBQ keep us coming back for more every week!
All Skipping Stone pizzas are made with fresh handmade dough and topped with mozzarella cheese. Many pizzas feature their handmade Signature Red Sauce for a perfect light blend of tomato, garlic, and Italian spices.

Like many long time vendors, since joining the market over 10 years ago we have witnessed not only the growth of their business, but also the growth of their family with 2 little ones 😍

We are welcoming back Skipping Stone Pizza , Creekside Meats , and Little Prairie Coffee Company to provide us some delicious supper options. Please have patience with our trucks as they work as quickly as they can. Take a number and shop or get a beverage while you wait for your order. We appreciate all our food trucks and are grateful they are doing the cooking and the cleaning so we don't have to.
