Curb Side Diamond is a unique food truck in the downtown and surrounding areas of Sioux Falls, SD. The cuisine is based off of that which has been forgotten and overlooked for it's complexity only to the untrained spectator. Curb Side Diamond will bring you a fresh, unique, bring-you-back-to-childhood taste with an old world flavor that has a modern spin.
Goooooooood Moooooooooorning... Curb... Side... Naaaaaaaaaaaation! What is... up?!?! I am posting today with some huge news... HUGE update... Not as big as Curb Side making a return, but pretty close, some would a bees dick away... in the mean time, a move HAS been made... I'm tagging a few artists that will be arting a few 3'x2' prints of with some Bob Marley sprinkled in the background... and but not as you think, not an old style pic of old natives as they used to take or paint... it will be of his mother with his spirit in the frame some how... AAAAAAnd I still have not found a 5th artist... it is a tough piece, an artist taken too young... if interested, let me know! The raffle will begin September 1st. You will be able to see the prints online here of course or you can take a closer look in the R-Pizza building in Vermillion, South Dakota! The Murals will be live streamed to a channel, new channel thats going to feature cooking, art and life. To get involved, get connected!

Hello, Curb Side Nation! ***update***
CSD 2.0 Is currently being rebuilt! This version will be a lot smaller and will focus on fresh cut fries, chislic and of course fresh, local and delicious! The first picture is what we started with... the 2nd picture is where we are at today... the entire trailer was trash, even the floor! CSD 2.0 will be fully sustainable the floors, walls and ceiling will be made out of h**p crete... we will be powered by the sun and bio-diesel! Aaaaand all of the food will be sourced locally within a 100 mile radius of
