spotlight: Jack Strark

Jack is having a stand out freshman season for the Yale Bulldogs. Jack has received multiple ECAC Rookie of the Week, and Goalie of the Week honors.

Through his first 15 games Jack has an outstanding .925 save percentage.

For those who know Jack are not surprised to see his early success. He has put in so much work to get to this point and he has prepared himself for his opportunities!

Congratulations to Legend Elite Goalie - Caleb Heil on his selection to the 2023 World Junior A Challenge for team USA.

This year’s tournament will take place in Nova Scotia, Canada. This will be Caleb‘s third time representing team USA in international play. The team was hand selected and consists of the country’s top players playing Junior A hockey.

Good luck Caleb and Team USA as they work to bring home Gold! 🥇 🇺🇸

Legend Elite Goalie Spotlight:
FREDDIE HALYK

Freddie, an Alberta native spent his time in Junior hockey playing for Lloydminster, and Camrose of the AJHL. After a couple of outstanding years he earned himself a D1 commitment to the historic Denver University. This year is Freddie’s freshman year at Denver and he is starting his college career out on the right foot! Freddie posted a shutout in his first college start and also has earned himself NCHC Rookie of the Week honors.

We are not surprised with Freddie’s early success, and we are excited to watch him through the remainder of season.

Congratulations to goalie Caleb Heil on being recognized on the NHL’s Central Scouting list for the 2024 NHL draft.

Heil is in his season in the USHL and has won 4 of his first 6 starts.
