The health and well-being of our patrons and employees has always been our highest priority at Parker’s Bistro. Our values have been consistently expressed through our menu and service since our opening 10 years ago. From locally sourced food, organic products, vegan and vegetarian options, grass feed beef and pork products, fresh wild caught seafood, to careful adherence to health codes and regulations. Compliant restaurants have been meeting food safety and sanitation standards for decades and are required to have stringent protocols in place to ensure food and public safety. As we proactively monitor the impact of the coronavirus, we have instituted even more preventative measures. We are upholding the highest standards in food, service, and safety for our guests and employees. We have increased the frequency of cleaning all public areas such as restrooms, door handles, tables and other frequently touched areas, and we are doing a daily top to bottom cleaning and disinfecting of the restaurant. In addition, we have removed tables to create a lower density environment, a recommended best-practice to achieve social distancing.
