We are looking for you to join our talented staff here at Equity Homes Inc. This is a part-time position and consist of 20-25 hours per week for the next four to five months. This position will involve assisting others in the office to ensure that deadlines are met, projects are organized, and the office duties are done to their full potential, and done in a timely matter. As an administrative assistance, you will be expected to maintain a level of knowledge required to answer and resolve customer inquiries in an effective and professional manner.

Administrative duties
• Screen and answer phone calls and handle any inquiries
• Sort and address Mail
• Reconcile invoices with payments.
• Filing invoices and construction draws
• Maintain website email and voice-mail inquiries
• Scan prior year records for all entities
• General office upkeep
• Maintain office supply inventories
• Prepare and set up new property/jobs
• Set up new files
• Fill in lien waiver information for contractors.
• Assistance with construction buyer selections
• Assist with bank questionnaires
• Put together new owner packets when requested
• Performs Duties and assignments as requested by Management

Skills and Knowledge
• Basic software skills in word processing and spreadsheet
• General knowledge of filing systems and office protocol
• Basic accounting functions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
