Who is ready for a SUPER SPECIAL????? As many of you know we have recently hired 4 new people and we need them to learn how to make popcorn balls!!! That means we will be having a super special every week for the next 3 weeks!

This week regular popcorn balls are going to be discounted 50% through Saturday!!!!! They haven’t been this cheap in over 20 years!!!!!!! We will be limiting this to 25 per person and they need to be picked up this week through Saturday! That means $1.49 each!!!!!!! Normal price is $2.99:-).

Introducing CHEDDAR RANCH….. stop in for a sample! This could be our best new flavor in years….. it’s EXCELLENT!!!!!

UPDATE: We had about 30 applicants come in and pretty much everyone has been great. I’m going to take this post down as we will certainly fill all open positions once done interviewing the current people. What a great turn out and thanks to everyone that came in!

Part time job opening:

Poppy’s is currently looking for 2-3 individuals to help cover Saturdays from 10-6. The initial first two weeks will require someone who can be there at least 2-3 days during the week for proper training. The primary role will be waiting on customers and stocking shelves!

This particular position is typically filled by young people starting as young as 14, but that said, if you’re 80 and bored come on down!

It’s never going to be a 40 hour per week job, especially in the summer months. From September-May there could be opportunity to pick up additional hours during the week. Most of the kids who have worked for us come right after school and work until 6:00pm. There’s no staying late until 9:00pm cleaning so you’re typically walking out the door between 6-6:15. This works great for young people just entering the workforce!

Starting pay is $14/hr

Ok I added a picture of the Valentines Munch……. It’s nearly identical to unicorn munch (same flavor) but different color and valentine shaped sprinkles! There will be one more item that I’ll add to this post on hopefully Monday which will be some mini heart shaped tins at only $1.49 each.

We will be open today! One twist though…. We will be closing at 5:00 instead of 6:00. So 10-5 today and then tomorrow back to normal 10-6 until the next monster snow storm….. so like next Wednesday 😂😂😂. Thanks again to everyone for understanding and don’t work to hard moving snow!

Hey everyone, we are just finishing up a couple things and then will be closing for the day due to weather.

We have 60 peanut brittle left, first come first served! This is for sure 100% the last of the peanut brittle!

Update to the update: We now have under 10 brittle left. Probably will be gone within the next 10 minutes. Thanks everyone. If we get more this year I’ll put it on Facebook. Also thanks to those that got it and understand the 2/party limit! That helped us get brittle to a lot of people!

Update: we got a second box of peanut brittle just now. We have about 45 packages left!!!! Limit two per party just to let as many families as possible get a treat!!!!
