Every flag is hand-crafted in our shop in Sioux Falls, SD using the finest quality furniture-grade hardwoods and superior craftsmanship. We maintain a high degree of quality and a meticulous attention to detail. The wood components are connected using glued dowel construction. The stars are engraved into the wood surface with CNC precision. Each flag is finished using multiple coats of a catalyzed conversion varnish to protect the color and texture of the wood. Our flags come ready to display and are easily attached to the wall using the French cleats we apply to the back of the flag. The flags with a border are 32” x 59” and those without a border are 30” x 57”. We offer three similar but distinctly different flag designs:
