Where are the brownie fans? If you saw one of my latest posts, I explained a little bit about this brownie, and how many years took me to find the perfect recipe, so why not do this combination right? For a long time I’ve been thinking about writing my recipes, after a couple of years I finally have my first ebook, where I wrote some of my family recipes along with my own recipes. It was not easy for me to translate everything, and write some recipes that my family just know how to do, but never put it on the paper. I’m very happy to eternalize this recipes that are so important for me. English and Portuguese versions are available 🌟

Esse ebook eu reuni receitas muito importantes para mim, com receitas que criei e também que são bem tradicionais do Brasil, como a minha receita de empadão por exemplo, ou do brigadeiro. A little bit of information about this delicious bread!! And here I am still studying chemistry after college 😅 but now it’s a lot more fun!

Um pouquinho de informação sobre o pão de fermentação natural 🙃

Many people when I talk about sourdough just think about that rustic bread, but any bread can be sourdough, it’s just leavened naturally. That’s what I love about it, so many variations, and lately sourdough panettone has been my favorite so far 🫣🤩

I can’t express how much i love to make sourdough bread, some people think it’s super difficult, but in the end it is just a simple mixture of flour, levain, water and salt. What it does require is patience, because it can take a couple of hours or even days to have a beautiful loaf of bread, but in my opinion is so worthy!!
Have you ever looked the ingredients of a commercial bread? For something that people eat everyday, we should pay more attention to it.
And by the way, you can make any type of bread with a sourdough starter or levain, and I can help you if you have any questions! I don’t know everything, but i study a lot about it, so let me know if you would like to learn first to create de starter, and then your bread, to always have a more healthy and delicious option at home, or if you are in Albany area, you can order it from me!!
