Introducing Big Bash!

We have been working on the concept for Big Bash for the past year, and it turned out to be our most ambitious and challenging blending work yet. We set out to create a whiskey that had a touch of fruitiness and a slightly exotic sweetness. Upon creating the perfect blend, we couldn’t help but feel as if all of the flavor profiles were having a party together in the bottle. Thus, Big Bash was born.

Over 90% of the blend consists of whiskeys that have been in finishing barrels for between 6 months and 2 years. We’ve spent years perfecting our whiskey finishing skills, and this blend is a celebration of everything we’ve learned.
