A small black and white photo of a boat being constructed. Based on the other photos in this collection it is possible that this is a photo of "Arrowhead" under construction. "Arrowhead" was the name of one the shore boats that ran between Japonski Island and Baranof Island until the O'Connell Bridge was completed in 1972.
