Want to buy a house, but maybe you don’t have that 5-20% cash to put down?

USDA loans are an ideal mortgage option.

ZERO money down and Lower credit requirements means that the only out of pocket expense you’ll incur are closing costs. (Which, in some cases can be negotiated so the seller pays them)

The catch?

You Have to be employed for the past two years.
The area of your new home has to be in the designated area set by the USDA and you have to meet their credit, income and debt requirements. These are lower and more flexible than a conventional mortgage.

A large portion of the north shore (all of St Tammany and more) and even some parts of the southshore are eligible. You could be in your new home by New Years.
