Hamstring stretch!

➡️ Stand up straight

➡️ Step your left foot forward

➡️ Bend your back knee and bend at the hip fold (not your waist) coming into a flat back

➡️ Hold for 30 seconds

➡️ Now lift your front toes up towards you and hold for 30 seconds or make it dynamic by lifting your toes up and down.

➡️ Step back and repeat on the other side

Looking for something to do with the kids this summer?!

Family Gentle Yoga on Mondays at 10am is a great way for kids if all ages (0-100 yrs old) to learn to breathe, stretch and relax.

This class is open to everyone; family or not.

Mats and props are available at the studio for you to use.
