In response to recent events Be Better Yoga is now a private rental facility practicing SAFE ZONE for one hour solo sessions to study yoga in a safe, sanitized environment. We no longer have scheduled classes with designated instructors, just open times for you to book your Safe Zone sessions alone. We will also be available for rent by small intimate self contained groups and/or yoga instructors for private classes (see group rate).
