Hello ! Sorry About not posting in a while! I’ve been enjoying the last moments of summer before the school year begins! This weekend I am at Apple Valley Wellness Center doing what I do best! I am booked today, but still have a couple of openings tomorrow!
FYI on September 1st my prices will increase a bit to keep up with economic increases.
Reiki trainings will be scheduled for the fall and winter within the next few weeks! Let me know if you are interested in training and whether you have certain dates you can do!

What a busy few days! The movie premiere was lots of fun and I got to sit with Christen of Magikal Makings! We are not in the movie, but some of our products are! Thank you Verdi Productions for the opportunity!

On Sunday, I held a wonderful Reiki 1 training with a beautiful group of ladies! We had a great energy at Apple Valley Wellness Center and what a beautiful group to come together! Thank you to my wonderful students who attended.

Reiki 2 training will be scheduled in November. Message me if you are interested in Reiki 2! I cap attendees at 4 participants for an intimate setting. Let me know what weekend dates would work best for you!

Getting ready for the movie premiere for Chosen Family!!! So excited to be part of a movie production!

Remember a while back I mentioned that I was asked to set up The Reiki Room with Stephanie as part of a set in a movie? I’m so excited that it’s coming out and am viewing the movie premiere this week! I’m so excited and hope that you might see me, my set up, or even a piece of my hair in the movie! This was a really amazing and unique experience for my husband and I and I’m so happy to have been a part of it! Thank you to Verdi Productions here in RI for the opportunity!

Summer 2024 Updates The Reiki Room with Stephanie

I’ve had some requests for custom orders! I am finally getting around to getting some done! Here’s a beautiful green amethyst that a friend of mine was trying to wire wrap. Let’s just say, it was a little rough. So here it is! I left a little loop at the bottom in case he wants to hang a charm. Isn’t it cute?

Hello ! I’m sorry that I haven’t posted in a while, but I enjoyed some time with friends on Long Island this past weekend and have been busy with Reiki appointments this week! This is a picture from the ferry looking at New London, CT.

Now that I’m back, I want to let you know that I have openings for sessions this Saturday and Sunday and next week on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Next weekend, I will be closed for a private event. You can book from the website www.reikiroomwithstephanie.com

A little bit about my sessions: I incorporate myofascial trigger point releases and craniosacral techniques in my Reiki sessions. I am a licensed Occupational Therapist and have years of training in a variety of manual techniques, which makes my sessions unique. There is a spiritual and psychic connection during sessions, as well, and it’s always possible to see someone who has passed, your guides and angels during this time or to receive images and messages to help you along your life’s journey. It is truly a mind, body and spiritually connected session that provides relaxation, meditation and life balance for healing your mind, body and soul. You will feel the benefits or Reiki and what many people call my “magic hands”. I seem to always go right to the areas that are either painful or in most need of Reiki and healing.

Reiki 1 training is coming up on Sunday August 11 from 1-5pm! I have room for one more person if you are interested in learning about Reiki and activating the healing energy within you! I love teaching others how to heal themselves! It’s an amazing tool that we have access to within ourselves. Message me if you would like to sign up!

I was asked when I was having a Reiki 1 training and decided it was time to schedule one! Reiki 1 certification and training is scheduled for Sunday August 11 from 1-5 pm! I have one person signed up so far and have room for 3 more attendees! In this training you learn about the history of Reiki and learn how to activate it to help heal yourself. You are attuned as a Reiki 1 practitioner and receive a training booklet, certificate and a little something from me. I’m enjoying some peace at the lake this Fourth of July with my family and dog, Lilly. Rest and relaxation is just what I need!

I’ll be back at Apple Valley Wellness Center this week on Sunday, Monday and Wednesday. I still have an opening on Monday at 3:30pm and just opened up Wednesday, so it’s now open for bookings!

Find your balance and help heal yourself. Reiki assists with so many things! Anxiety, relaxation, inflammation, pain management, headaches, etc. I could go on and on! I also include myofascial release techniques in my sessions giving you a full body, mind and soul experience. You also never know what messages you will receive and what images come through in sessions from the spiritual realm. Every session is individual and anything can happen! We lost a third fur baby, Rocco, last week and I haven’t brought myself to post about it until today. Loss and grief of losing three fur babies in less than a month has been an emotionally taxing and very difficult time for myself and my family. I have many elderly and disabled rescue pets who are aging and, although I know it’s inevitable that we will one day mourn their loses, it is never easy when their times come to cross over. I still feel their energies near me and sometimes think their shadows exist in the corners of my eye. I am thankful to have been able to have given them full lives during their time with me. Rest in peace my beloved fur babies.

It’s been quite an emotional, hectic, draining and reflective couple of weeks for me. With the passing of two of my fur babies, being in the middle of home renovations, end of school year craziness and running around with my eighth grader to all of his activities, its been hectic, sad, joyful and a mix of emotions to say the least! I still find so much peace when I give Reiki to help others. It grounds me and brings me balance and peace while the recipient receives balance, calm and healing energy, too. My sessions have been filled with visitors, messages and lots of great energy and insight for the recipient. I’m always amazed at what comes through during Reiki sessions and readings. It’s always different and very individual for each person since your energy determines the direction of the session. When I’m tired, stressed, grieving, or just need a break from life, I always enjoy time alone in nature, time in meditation, giving Reiki, or time with my fur babies, family or friends. Finding your peace is your journey and you deserve to take a break and feel your feelings, whatever they are, and find your own balance and peace. Trust the journey and trust the process. It’s all for a reason you may not realize right away.

It has been a very sad week for me as I have let two of our fur babies go over the rainbow bridge. I hope that they are together and find one another in the afterlife. These two were bonded souls meant to be together and couldn’t be apart both in life and in death. I will be taking some time this weekend for self care and to spend time with friends and our fur babies still with us.

Next week, I will be open on Thursday evening and Saturday. I still have a few openings available if you would like to schedule. Sometimes our pets and those who have passed will come through during a session. It’s an amazing experience for connection. This weekend I am closed to celebrate my daughter’s 22nd birthday! Happy Birthday Kayla!

Today is Beltane and I hope you have a blessed day! Just a little info about this day: Beltane or Bealtaine is the Gaelic May Day festival, marking the beginning of summer. It is traditionally held on 1 May, or about midway between the spring equinox and summer solstice. Historically, it was widely observed in Ireland, Scotland, and the Isle of Man.

This weekend I am booked on Saturday and will be taking time for home improvement projects on Sunday.

Yesterday’s solar eclipse energy was super intense! There was an excitement and sense of angst that many people, including myself, were feeling. It was an amazing experience to see this celestial event! If you are feeling a bit unbalanced after the eclipse come on in for an energetic realignment! I have openings on Wednesday evening this week and slots open next week in the evening and Saturday April 20th.
