Yesterday we did a little yard clean-up and some deep cleaning...always putting in that extra 💪🏻!

Today I had a rental maintenance job 🙃 boy was it hot! Few of the things I did were:

- repaired/filled all holes
- scrubbed all walls
- touch up painted every room throughout home
- deep cleaned bath tub and surround
- cut to size drawer and cabniet liners
- deep cleaned bathroom counter grout

2 decks in less than a 1 month! 💪🏻

Our home deck was a complete replacement w/ cedar which we pre-stained.

And the other was a refinishing project for a client!

Well after a chaotic month im getting into a routine at the restaurant and resuming bookings w/ Heidi's Handy Services! 🥳

In fact, I'm heading to a job this morning! 🙋🏼‍♀️

What is your biggest pet peeve?

Mine is fixing others work/mistakes 🤦🏼‍♀️
A "contractor" put in this patio last year...
Cleary it was not installed correctly as it was not level and had several sinking spots & full of weeds!

Once I started pulling it up I found about 4" of sand then dirt. Guess he thought doing that and then "filling in the gaps w/ sand" was right!? 😠

Well, after several days...it is now to standard, everything pressure washed and added polymeric sand to all the joints!

Here we enclosed the bottom portion of a deck with painted to match lattice!

Seeing the results after a long day of hard work is the BEST!😃

The BEST NEWS is Heidi's Handy Services isn't going anywhere, but as I get settled with this new business...scheduling will be a little juggling act!

My favorite part of my business is the connections I make! I just love the history, stories and lessons I've learned from so many of my clients throughout the years!

It's not everyday I get to have a view like this while at a jobsite & w/ the sun shining! ☺️🏞😎

This week consisted of: Dump Runs...Cleaning... Interior Window Washing...Goodwill Donation Drop Off...Cooking...Bookkeeping...More Cleaning & Ended My Work Week With Replacing a Garbage Disposal! 💁🏼‍♀️👩🏼‍🔧👩‍🍳👷‍♀️🧍🏼‍♀️Just the way I like it...busy...busy...busy!!

Starting off the new year working at a job with my best friend!!! 😊 🎉Happy New Year everyone!🎉
