Happy Independence Day! 🇺🇸
Here are some qualities that make a GREAT candidate, all of which can be grown through training and development! 👍
A ‘kitchen cabinet’ of trusted advisors is a good idea for any organization but is especially important for a candidate!
A core team can be a sounding board for “what questions do you think I’ll be asked at the forum?” to “is this outfit appropriate for the event?”
Our team at League of Our Own WA has these table talks often. Come be apart!
