Announcement By Owner So in the past week we have an altercation with a client out of state asking for a refund on a hand tattoo claiming a lot of nonsense , now this person did not get a refund , so she decided to leave bad reviews on every single platform , steal picture from internet from a different shop and artist (great artist to )and use it to say it was done here that it faded ,even after all that I offer a one year touch up like I usually tell everyone cause everyone heals different, on top of that she send friends family and fake profile to add more drama to the situation and leave bad reviews, us here as artist an owner we do explain to everyone the healing process on placement like (hands, foots, fingers , neck , elbows, etc ) we do not have control of how they heal, a lot of people need to understand that, now I will like to know anyone input on this how to take action of this ? this affect my business and also the artist at the shop people looks for reviews before going to places that's all she do with her spare time messed up small business ,what will you do?
