Thank you Professor James for the great time at Renzo Gracie Clarksville Combat Sports & Wellness Center . We had 4 students that wanted to push out of their comfort zone and try a competition with only a few months of training. We meet some great people and got to see some friends again.

Huge congrats to Cody Deese on passing his Judo Brown Belt Test under Professor Alex Henley BJJ. Cody is a valuable asset to the team and always pushes everyone to stay motivated and learn more to add to their techniques. We are proud of you and all you've accomplished.

Happy 2 Year Anniversary!!!! We would like to thank every person that has stepped on our mats in the last 2 years. Thank you all for helping grow Insight and supporting the gym! Also, thank you to Alex Henley BJJ for the amazing opportunity to be a part of Team Insight and the Renzo Gracie Affiliation.

We had to say goodbye to our little muscle-man, Leon, today!!! His family is moving, but we enjoyed having him with us and getting him started in his BJJ Journey. This little guy is as tough as they come and never quits. Whatever team he ends up with, he will be a champion for them as well! We are going to miss you little buddy.

This will be a great event on October 12th! It is our 2 Year Anniversary, and what better way to celebrate than having Professor Alex Henley come to Kentucky to teach a 2 Hour Seminar starting at 12PM (Followed by a 1 Hour Open Mat).
