This week in classes:
Get ready for another wonderful week of classes! We have two jam-packed classes for you on Wednesday, read more below!
For the beginner class, we’ll focus on inversions. While “inversions” generally sparks thoughts of handstands, turns out there are a whole lot more. This week, we’ll walk you through some of the basic inversions and their entrances and exits.
The intermediate class will work on a washing machine that uses reverse star and side star. You’ll need to be able to do bird and sidestar, and be comfortable with inversions. It'll be a great time!!

After an awesome handstand class yesterday, we’re hard at work getting ready for Wednesday’s classes. Check out what we’ve got for you!
During the beginner class, we’ll be working on some basic poses, then threading them together to cartwheel into tick-tocks and make it super smooth.
The intermediate class will tackle a washing machine that moves through foot to hand. Foot to hand can be tricks, so we’ll need participants to have some familiarity with both foot to hand and sidestar. Be ready! 🤸🤸♀️🤸♂️

We are going to be celebrating the new year in the best way possible, WITH A FREE JAM!!
So bring yourself, your friends and that new year fire to come try or just keep practicing ACRO.
Our Covid safety protocols are still in place so we cab all play safely.
🔥💥🎉🎊🤸♂️🤸♀️🤸🎊🎉💥🔥
We don't know about you, but the thing we missed the most during the pandemic was the company of other females in our lives. Not to mention that we find working with other female identifying humans in acro to be so empowering! We love the opportunity to base, fly and spot each other and accomplish skills we never thought possible. We are each other's biggest cheerleaders and greatest teachers.
Let's throw those traditional views of flyers and bases out the window and see how strong we can be together and how high we can fly!
There will be an hour of structured class time taught by Sarah, Kerri and Liticia followed by an hour of jam time. We will focus on empowering strengths, problem solving and overcoming some of the challenges of similar size pairs. This will be a safe space to explore movement and try out different roles.
