The holidays are the perfect time for a nice hot chocolate, but if you’ve ever taken a minute to look at the ingredients in a package of hot chocolate (on slide 3), you might be shocked to see what goes into it! If you’d like to enjoy a chocolatey drink, without all the extras added, give this a try! Ingredients are; warm milk (I used unsweetened almond milk), 1 tbsp cacao powder, and a drizzle of honey. Stir well and enjoy! ☕️ Happy holidays!

My plan had been to sign up to do a couple of months with a personal trainer to work on form, then continue on my own. Working with a trainer pushed me and I saw almost immediate results in both tone and strength. I also began coming to Team classes on the side and liked the vibe—workouts are challenging without being intimidating.
When my personal training ended, I tossed out my plan go it alone, and signed up for a membership. I do a mix of Small Group and Teams classes. I’m in my 50s and have been a Soul.Train.Fitness. for a few years and think I’m in the best shape of my life. Planning a 100 mile trek this summer, so we’ll see!”

It makes sense to use a map when you're on a long road trip right? The same is true with exercise. When you have a goal, we need to know where we are going, how far it is and what we have to do to get there.

We have professional coaches on our staff that know you, your body, your goals and will ensure you are getting through each workout of our program effectively and safely.
Like minded community:
Your motivation and likelihood of sticking to, and achieving your goal is increased dramatically by exercising, and being a part of a like minded group. It's as simple as that.
