Welcome to The Refuge Recovery Center where 95% of our employees have lived experience and are very good at pulling people out of the flames❤️

Housing models that enable our homeless to behave and do as they want, fail. Those that enable this type of behavior, and provide excuses, do nothing but set the person(s) up for failure. The grants don’t last forever, sooner or later the money dries up. Unless there is permanent behavioral change, the homeless will continue to be homeless, dependent on handouts.
