Taking in the beauty of the world around you. The sights, the sounds, the smells. All the little things that otherwise pass you by when you’re unable to sit in the stillness and “just be.”

Today was the first Mother Lode Holistic Fair. It was amazing. Thank you to all of the vendors and beautiful community who showed
up.

Looking forward to our next one November 2, continuing to build connections, resources, and community.

Our first holistic fair is tomorrow. 7/27 10 am to 4 pm at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds

The weather should be beautiful, so grab your friends and family and head to the fairgrounds.

Free parking and plenty of it. Free admission, presentations throughout the day and tons of amazing vendors.

Today and everyday I thank my body for holding me through thick and thin, thick, thick, thin, thick, and thin. Knowing every stretch mark, imperfection, wrinkle and loose skin comes with a beautiful story.

Sitting in gratitude knowing all that I’ve been through has brought me to the person I am today.

Knowing that each day is an opportunity to be the best version of myself. To be kind to others and most importantly kind to myself.
