Was doing my runs through some spring video of my year long plant lifecycle medicine program. And here is an unusual lovely.
See if you can guess ( though I know the search engines are fired up).
It has some interesting history and uses and actions.
I think of it as "the herb for bad digestion causing a headache." Mind gut sorta dysharmony. Also was used long ago for "psychic protection" for empathic people and against spells. If you are empathic, you'll understand right away the value of a few plants like this.
This plant is in the mint family but has almost no flavor nor smell much. Very subtle, on many levels...
It likes morning gentle sun and likes to be under trees or larger plants. If it gets direct sun, its can get large and leathery but still looks pretty good. Flowers and seed heads are really cool looking

Every season - three months - I lead a group "cleanse" which I now call "health reset." By generating higher values than the pathetic low health values USA inc indoctrinates into us, we support each other making higher choices and using what works vs propaganda base in vitro "science" and Health Capitalism.
RAW is also more nutritious. CHEW raw foods 50x needed.
RAW protein and fats are key to best health = this is a report of 30 years in practice - not a theory. And I do not practice raw foodism, that is the data that goes back millenia to those who actually look and see. Some cooked, some raw, some fermented - find your ratios.
This raw salad not so great for cold rainy weather but can be used with hot soup or stew.
Note colors, textures, flavors, and nutrition are part of this process of living in alignment.
The white flowers are onion flowers that grow in the SC mountains and are fairly delicious.

Just heard an MD has a "incurable" case of Shingles. But I have seen and have personal experience in this. YES you can!!!!!!!!
But most - even in health - do not grasp the true nature of vitamins and nutrients in the matrix of life. Vitamins are processes which include "chemistry snapshots" of this life process.
Much like a photo of you walking the cliffs is not in fact you. The photo is a representation of life process = it is dead. Only life is process, and this is the great secret still few know and use.

We live in a lie, most have been duped and tricked. Yes we use chemistry but we must see it for what it is - a tool. And to see it is inherently dead. Life begets life. Not a chemist in a lab. Gaia is the true alchemist. And so are you.

This is from a seminar led by Stuart White likely over a decade ago. He was so generous with the resources, and his time, care, and love -in front of 200+ health pros like me.
I am currently mining nuggets out of that seminar and rekindling memories in his honor.
As there are some who would take him down like many good health pros who do not follow the accepted shallow and improperly educated forms.

I love to muse out in the mornings, until 10-11AM is my fav time to drink LOTS of fun beverages and sometimes not even eat until noon or after. Which goes against what I know and live mostly.

Something has been happening to this old VERY large bit of scar tissue on bottom of my left foot. (Just below KD1 acupoint)
I was an explorer kid, and was age 6 exploring under the SC wharf - mom was 100feet away and suddenly this feeling of uh oh, my foot feels like its cut in half! I was a screamer LOL and my poor mom and family had to get me to the hospital to a kind doc who stitched me up.
I've seen some strange things in this life but upon use of my AquaCure three years ago HHO Browns gas structured electrically expanded water - then 6-7 months ago got some regular bodywork with CBD oil on my body/foot and after 3-4 sessions this skin started flaking off and of course I picked at it as I know the energy flows are and can be disharmonized by scar tissue.
I spent many hours pondering this scar tissue coming out, big long skin scabs coming out and now after 4-5 months the inner hard scab is 30% of the size - replaced with normal tissue.
I believe healing is inherent to our bodies but MOST of us are nutrient deficient. YES you are. Esp iodine, selenium , magnesium, and proper forms of copper via Whole Food C and whole foods in balance with zinc and iron.

I have a comfrey plant in this pot, when I dug the plant out of the soil I forgot an onion family variant had gotten in the pot also.
Comfrey hibernates (dies to the ignorant) in the Winter. Nothing there - roots only
And this mini me onion variant pops up during Winter! And it dies back in the summer.
The flowers this year are partly made from Craigy - think Nitrogen - and the most lovely in four years. With dead comfrey leaves all around it.

When I saw this phenomena a few challenging weeks ago, the life in me met the life in this plant and I finally smiled - deeply touched by how life never ends, just changes form.

That bird keeps coming back and only flies against the window when myself or someone in the kitchen? My property mates mother just died the night before this bird phenom started the AM after. Apparently she loved birds. 🤔🤔🤔
So today it's a bit warmer, a whopper winter day of 60 up here and I've been eating cooked foods and now body aches up 10x. Back to a raw salad and internal "cleaning" (those of you close to me know what this means LOL).
I am NOT a raw foodist. I am a man whose practice over 3.5 decades has been food and herb experimentation and professional practice. Lots of observation. RAW is best no doubt - the 100 year data and my experience shows me this. BUT some simply cannot digest raw veggies, or on the other side raw meat or meat at all.
I know how to type people now. For ME - this will be chewed into oblivion as that is the SECRET is 50 chews per mouthful - raw foods and dry crunchy foods and GRAINS have to be chewed 50x.
This salad decades ago would have given me explosive diarrhea but now I just finished 1/3 of it and other 1/3 dinner and pkg up for manana last 1/3.

Turns out the "connective tissue" issues for most Americans can be a form of scurvy as most store bought foods are old and oxidized. The C is used up. AND listen to this clip by the true master. Vitamin C has copper in it - and an enzyme somehow related to Thyroid hormone? Tyrosinase. We been gipped and brainwashed by the chemical vitamin and food industries.
