Everyone should be this lucky to have a chef that has so much passion and dedication to their craft. At 26 years old chef Cristian continues to wow us on the daily . But believe me when I tell you all, his knowledge,sanitation regimens, organization skills are second to none! As a chef/owner myself I have NEVER had someone amazing to call not only an employee, but a son to me ! The amount of effort and detail he puts in every dish surpasses my expectations by leaps and bounds ! Cheers to you Cristian . May the Good Lord always keep you happy and healthy . Eggology would be mediocre without you !

The place that I am talking about is in South Barrington called Eggology.
