I never post anymore so I just wanted to hop on to say hello!

Couple of quick updates:

If you haven’t heard, I am no longer accepting new clients. I’m excited to be able to focus on my existing client base!

Also - if you’ve been around for awhile, you know I go on vacation in November. That’s just around the corner! Between my time off and the holidays, we’re entering what is probably the craziest time of year for me and my calendar. Time slots are limited through the end of the year so be sure to book soon if you haven’t yet!

If you’ve ever had a spa day, you may have noticed this service on the menu. The infrared body wrap uses heat to create a therapeutic treatment for the entire body. The heat penetrates deep into the muscles to help relieve chronic pain, increase circulation, release toxins, as well as promote relaxation and stress relief.
