Camp Concord has been closed since August 16 due to air quality concerns. Our Camp Concord staff living at camp safely evacuated from South Lake Tahoe on August 21. We are in touch with U.S. Forest Service officials, and we are monitoring the wildfire situation closely.

We would like to thank all of our campers and camp alumni who have been expressing support and concern for Camp Concord via phone, email, and social media.

We are saddened to see the destruction already inflicted by the Caldor Fire. Our hearts go out to all who have lost their homes and businesses and all who have been evacuated, and we are grateful to the brave men and women on the front lines battling this fire.
