Winter season and holiday gatherings are an especially threatening time for older adults. Since COVID-19 has continued to evolve, boosters increase protection against Omicron variants. The updated boosters protect against both the original virus that causes COVID-19 and the Omicron variant. Do you know someone over the age of 65? Check to see if they're current with their COVID booster vaccine. ππ€

Caregivers work 24/7. Be graceful to yourself or any other caregivers you may know. If you're not a caregiver, see if you can lend a helping hand during the holidays. Take them some food or just simply check-in. Some of us will be spending time with family and friends, while others may be working. ππ€
Dust yourself off and try again next week, but as we head into the weekend, be intentional about finding time for you. Find rest and reset before Monday. ππ€
